Be honest. Do you love what you do for your career? In fact.. for some...another question would be... ...do you even LIKE it? Now I reckon... ...about 5% will say they love what they do. ...maybe 30% will 'like' what they do ...and the rest are in the lower categories of 'it's ok'. or ' I can't stand it'. I've been in all those categories before, so wherever you stand I'm with you. But on Friday I saw a great example of something we should all be impressed with. I was at the Horse of the year...

I have a deep rooted memory of being out in Turkey on holiday as a kid. My family at some old town market haggling with men over a handbag or wallet or something. They give you some nice Turkish tea and you settle in for a short bartering session that seemed to last for hours. All for the sake of some leather and a few quid discount. For some reason I just hated it. On reflection it's because, as a kid you have zero interest in pissing about in some little market that smells like a camels....

I'd like to think we all take our health seriously. ...but the older I get the more I see it's WAYYY down the list of priorities for a lot of people. that is... until you get sick, and then it's the NUMBER ONE priority. So last week I was away on holiday with the family. We went to Turkey as it would be perfect for our situation. Warm and sunny and about 80oC every day. Not too expensive as it's in term time for schools. Lovely clean beach and hotel. Plenty of activities for the kids. During...

I've not met a man yet who's living the 'perfect life'. And that's why I called it the WHOLE man... ...because more often than not, you might be doing well in various areas of life... ...but there's something else you want to work on. Or you just enjoy being around other ambitious men and know they will push you on to achieve whatever it is you want to. But when I get asked about me, my life, my wins and losses... and the lessons I have learned... I always go back to some fundamental things I...

Ask any of the guys in any of the three levels of membership and they'll tell you... I'm a big believer in questioning things. Not just what we are told about how the world works... Not just what big Pharma might tell us... Not just what the dangerous puppet MPs tell us to do... But also questioning our own actions and decisions. That's because the questions we ask ourselves can shape how we live and therefore our chances of success in all areas of life. So recently, as we end September, I...

We all want to change. But not all of us are prepared for real Transformation. I've seen men transform all different areas of life. Body from weak and injured to strong and capable. Career from boring and dead end - to exciting and genuine growth. Marriage from crumbling - to contentment (and getting laid more). Side hustle from just an idea - to £10k months. Look, it's bloody hard to make real changes. Decisions, yes, easy. Taking action over a prolonged period? Not so easy. And that's why...

Last week I had a conversation with a guy who's... ...doing very well for himself. Better than that... is this: He's living the life he's excited to live AND gets very well paid for it. For context: He earns over £1 million a year. He doesn't have much in the way of overheads (so no factory or staff or company vehicles etc). Just a laptop. He can travel, work when he wants, money comes in regardless of what he does each week...and to be clear he still works hard. Not saying that combination...

I get really frustrated because... ... there's so many great conversations I have with guys... ...that I'd like to share with you but can't for obvious reasons. Some of the guys I work with or help don't mind things being shared... ... but of course others would rather it be kept schtum. So one lesson I want to put over comes from a guy I know where I won't give too much away... I can't name companies and dates or exact situations. But I can give you the gist of what went on and something to...

Over the last couple of weeks I've been talking more about brain function. Specifically: the fog, the decisions you keep pushing to tomorrow... ...the shitty email you regret sending by teatime. (To state the obvious, brain function is VITAL in pretty much everything we do) So I had a blood test done to see what was going on under the bonnet. One number in particular — the balance of omega-6 to omega-3 fats in my blood. It came back bad. Omega-3 at 3.4% when the target is 8%. Overall fatty...
